Energy and Sound

 My devotion to energy healing stems from the understanding that true health transcends the physical body, encompassing the mind and spirit as well. This is why my Reiki and sound healing sessions are crafted not only for relaxation but also to nurture the deep-seated energies within us that can often be ignored. Clients often leave with a newfound sense of balance and tranquility, a testament to the body's power of aligning to its natural systems. 

My interest in sound and vibration led me to create the Cosmic Galactic Choir. This choir was born out of a desire to foster a communal environment where spiritual wellness is prioritized over the pitch or range of your voice. These gatherings are a testament to the strength found in shared experiences and are open to those seeking a deeper connection with their spirit. 

With virtual and in-person options, accessibility is at the heart of what I do. These circles are cemented in the belief that together, we can support and uplift each other on our mental and spiritual journeys.
